FP7 consortium seeks SME from outside of the UK to be involved in an ICT education project to deliver a platform-agnostic technology toolkit for improved virtual learning and anywhere access to learning resources from any device.

Summary

A consortium, comprised of 4 UK based SME’s is seeking a non UK partner to be involved in a FP7 Call 5 Project. The objectives of the project are to develop a platform agnostic technology toolkit that will allow educational institutions to cost effectively deploy virtual learning capabilities and services to ensure all students / parents have inclusion in the learning requirements of the institution.

The EU partner is required to provide local knowledge of educational requirements, user research, user testing and business analysis capabilities on the project (from a local perspective) to support to the development of the technology toolkit that is usable across different regions.

Project Description

The project’s primary aim is to deliver a platform- agnostic technology toolkit for educational institutions, which will in turn:

§      Enable virtual learning across various platforms and devices.

§      Enable anywhere access to learning resources for students, pupils and teachers across various platforms and devices.

§      Enable anywhere access to progress, reports and outcomes for parents across multiple institutions.

Partner/s Sought

SME organization who has the following capabilities:

§      Have connections and relationships with educational institutions in their own country.

§      Has user research, user surveys and user experience for ICT design and development in the education sector.

§      Can provide business analysis skills in the education sector.
